In this case, VAT of 19% applies to the coaching fee.<\/p>\n<p>Therapy, on the other hand, is a private benefit that cannot generally be used for tax purposes. It is VAT-exempt in accordance with \u00a74.14 UstG (medical professions) and can be reimbursed by supplementary insurance if necessary (see &#8220;Supplementary insurance&#8221;).<\/p>\n<a role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><button id=\"fl-accordion--button-8\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--content-8\" aria-expanded=\"false\" type=\"button\">Will my health insurance cover the costs?<i data-label-icon=\"fas fa-plus\" data-active-icon=\"fas fa-minus\">Expand<\/i><\/button><\/a><p>My services are generally not reimbursable. Please note, however, that the services of alternative practitioners for psychotherapy must be included for our cooperation!
