My work is shaped by my own journey &#8211; a journey full of challenges, turning points and the realization of how much dormant potential there is in all of us, waiting to be awakened.<\/p>\n<p>A few years ago, I felt stuck in my life. Stress, overwhelm and a sense of disorientation had taken me away from feeling myself. It was as if I had lost access to my inner strength.<\/p>\n<p>But it was precisely this phase that became a turning point: through meditation, bodywork and yoga, I learned how important it is to listen to the body and use it as a key to healing and personal growth.<\/p>\n<p>What began as a search in need developed into a deep passion: I discovered the transformative power of bodywork and Kundalini yoga &#8211; not only for myself, but also to guide others.<\/p>\n<p>Today, my mission is to support people who are in transition, who want to rediscover their inner balance or who are ready to let go of old patterns and dare to try something new.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/freetheqi.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/freetheqi_15-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"freetheqi_15\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"1706\" width=\"2560\" title=\"freetheqi_15\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n<h2>\n\t\tWhat inspires me\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<ul>\n<li><strong>Empowerment<\/strong><br \/>\nI believe that everyone has the ability to change their own life. My work aims to give you tools to empower your own (healing) powers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Connection<\/strong><br \/>\nBody, mind and soul always work together. When we pay attention to the body and sharpen our awareness, we can experience profound changes on all levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Transformation<\/strong><br \/>\nEvery crisis holds the potential for growth.
